M3 - HS Science Elective Teacher

Establish and enforce classroom rules, prepare materials, and instruct students individually and in groups using lectures, discussions, and technology. Observe and evaluate student performance, behavior, and social development while administering standardized tests to determine strengths and instructional needs. Adapt teaching methods to varying student needs, maintain accurate records, and confer with parents, counselors, and administrators to resolve academic and behavioral issues. Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, and remedial programs, while organizing materials and displaying student work. Collaborate with staff to develop curriculum, attend professional meetings, and complete mandated technology PD hours.
