M2S2 SETA - New Equipment Trainer(NET)/Fielder

Collect data from Army units regarding fielding requirements, facilities, manpower support, shipping information, and points of contact. Develop installation and new equipment training schedules, then conduct new equipment and sustainment training at unit locations to establish training capabilities. Perform technical training supporting the initial transfer of knowledge on new equipment operation and maintenance, including support during technical manual reviews and validations. Conduct pre-fielding inventories of all system end items, including Component of End Item, Additional Authorization List, and BII. Coordinate with PdM on system integration requirements and engineering change orders for previously fielded systems. Requires five years of NET/Fielding experience, CompTIA certifications, and a Bachelor's degree. Secret clearance required.
