M2C2 CTC Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)

Job Summary

Lead the Command, Telemetry, Control (CTC) component through planning, development, integration, and testing while meeting scheduled milestones. Manage the component's cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to ensure products deliver successfully. Develop and hire staff to execute the CTC component, providing strategic leadership on modernizing the software baseline with a low-risk approach. Coordinate with Program leadership, Systems and Software Teams, and external stakeholders to execute a multi-million-dollar sub-contract within an Agile program environment. Prepare and present technical briefs to internal and external stakeholders. Work in a classified lab on site in Aurora, Colorado.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Top Secret security clearance
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience leading engineering teams on Defense / Intelligence programs
  • Experience in managing large teams (>30 ppl)
  • Experience driving cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Experience providing technical Systems Engineering plans and ensuring consistency across an integrated product team
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps Development
  • Experience working with all levels of a Program, customers, and technical leads such as IPTLs, Chief Engineers, System Architects, etc.
  • Technical and programmatic leadership experience
  • Experience preparing and presenting executive level presentations and communications
  • Experience working in a classified lab on site in Aurora, Colorado

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Command & Control Systems and Components
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with onboarding new work, proposals, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
  • Experience in Systems Engineering functions including Technical Performance Measurement (TPM), operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
  • Experience leading across geographical sites, subcontractors, and associate contractor companies
  • Advanced STEM Degree
  • Development and/or Management experience on large software government contracts
