Job Summary
Lead a full-time retail team at maurices Store 2190 in Bismarck, ND, directing a high-performance group of 8-20 associates (including 3-4 managers) to deliver exceptional in-store and omni-channel experiences. Responsibilities include inspiring and directing the team toward sales, loyalty, and talent goals; leading talent selection, onboarding, training and retention; managing visual presentation, store operations, and expenses; community engagement and implementing growth strategies.
