Job Summary
Implement research-based reading interventions with fidelity through targeted small group instruction. Administer universal screenings and progress monitor students using curriculum-based measurements to track growth. Develop individual progress monitoring goals based on growth-norm methodology and maintain accurate records of student data. Distribute progress reports to teachers and parents while communicating regularly with classroom staff, special education teachers, and families regarding reading services. Requires knowledge of AIMSWEB and DIBELS assessments, strong reading and writing skills, and a clear criminal background check.
