Job Summary
The Marketing & Technology (M&T) Manager – Aluminum is responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving product innovations, providing technical support, and collaborating with sales and operational teams in the aluminum industry for Vesuvius.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, technical support or technical sales
- Proven track record of engagement in furnace reline projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in aluminum industry or aluminum-related refractory industries
Additional Requirements
