Job Summary
The M&T Equipment Finance Relationship Manager is an outside sales position focused on building and strengthening customer relationships, independently prospecting new clients, and negotiating finance transactions. Candidates should have sales experience in financing heavy equipment, strong relationship management abilities, and basic credit analysis skills. Responsibilities include servicing and expanding existing relationships, developing new leads, attending industry events, and maintaining communication with customers and vendors. A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience are required.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience
- Credit analysis skills
- Sales experience financing heavy equipment
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
