Job Summary
Coordinate government project applications, lead site subsidy initiatives, and manage factory budget contributions. Identify and assess operational threats, evaluate risks across industrial, quality, and HSE domains, and develop mitigation strategies to reduce risk probability and severity. Monitor remediation plan effectiveness and ensure accurate risk data reporting in QualiPSO for senior leadership. Lead standardized risk governance processes, foster interactions with product line management to align remediation priorities, and represent the site risk function in global risk committees. Manage project portfolio decisions and contribute to the site strategic plan.
Required Qualifications
- Scientific bachelor degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree", "Experience in Governmental affairs", "Fluent in English (reading and writing)", "minimum 5 years of total industry experience", "Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements
