M&S-Master Operator-Hangzhou

Master Operator responsible for training key technical positions, acting as a trainer to certify staff and ensure production adheres to SOPs, process specifications and batch records; train personnel, monitor live production progress including shift outputs, batch changes, equipment status, materials, and production deviations; identify and propose improvements to KPI targets; participate in or lead LEAN and production improvement projects; ensure production safety and compliance with special drug safety management procedures, including PPE usage and timely safety training and assessments; audit batch records and be familiar with SOPs; support deviation investigations and corrective actions; promote multi-skilling development.
