Job Summary
Head of Fill & Finish at the Sanofi Beijing site responsible for end-to-end GMP production management across sterile filling lines, A&P and solid production, plus outsourced production. Oversees Line1/Line2 activities, plans, quality and engineering resources to meet volume, quality and OEE targets; leads technique transfer projects for sterile filling; ensures production records, validation, training, CAPA and deviations are managed per GMP requirements; manages QA/QC interfaces, process validation, equipment qualification, and change control; drives continuous improvement, SMS/HSE compliance, 5S/Lean practices, and budget stewardship; collaborates with multiple departments to achieve timely product transfer, batch record review, and adherence to GMP standards. Demonstrates strong leadership, English communication, and team development, with a focus on maintaining high-quality drug production and adherence to GMP/SOP requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree education or above, with major on pharmaceutical or related
- 10+ years production management related experience in pharmaceutical industry
- GMP, 5S, Lean related training
- Good English communication skill (written and verbal)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Excellent teamwork / team player and management skills
- Be good at continuous improvement
