Job Summary
Junior Metallurg role in Rzeszów focusing on developing welding and NDT technological processes, creating process documentation and procedural instructions, assessing deviations in production, initiating quality and optimization projects, actively participating in the automation of technological processes, and collaborating with other departments to achieve shared tasks. The position requires technical higher education, ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of manufacturing processes, proficiency with MS Office, CATIA and AutoCAD, teamwork skills, and fluent English at least at level B2; on-site in Rzeszów with a strong emphasis on quality and safety improvements.
