Job Summary
Internship focusing on frontline Visitor Services operations at M+ Museum. You will support Information Desk and Cloakroom management, respond to inquiries, assist with crowd control, help ensure artwork safety and crisis handling, participate in visitor engagement and feedback collection, assist with service planning and daily operations, and contribute to business reporting and related administrative tasks. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong communication in English and Chinese, a customer-centric and proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- approachable personality, cheerful, proactive, customer-centric, flexible, adaptive to change and detail-minded
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and cooperatively
- excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese
- ability to work on weekends and public holidays and occasional evenings
