Job Summary
National Account Manager for ABB Motion Services focused on driving growth across strategic accounts involving large synchronous motors and generators. You will own and execute strategic account plans, build multi-level customer relationships from plant operations to executive leadership, identify and capture opportunities across the installed base, negotiate legal and commercial frame agreements, and lead opportunities from early identification through closing. You will use Salesforce.com for opportunity management, develop winning proposals in collaboration with tendering teams, and contribute to increased order intake and profitability across assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience in MV Synchronous Motors & Generators
- Strong experience in business-to-business sales & service sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of motor & generator service and maintenance strategies
- Strong customer focus & ability to develop relationships from plant level to Senior Management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
