M&E Project Engineer

Job Summary
M&E Project Engineer to support the design, build and commissioning phases of MEICA and infrastructure projects. Work with Project and Site Managers to ensure programmes and budgets are met, manage procurement activities, prepare RAMS and SWPs, provide on-site engineering support, ensure quality and safety compliance, and contribute to project documentation and forecasting. Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with NEC contracts, hydraulics, pumping and process control are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with MEICA projects from a design or delivery background
- Process knowledge in Water Treatment and/or Waste Treatment
- Process control knowledge
- Familiarity with control systems, manual and actuated valves, instrumentation and quality instrumentation
- Understanding of hydraulic, pumping, and pressure systems
- Proficiency in MS Project for detailed programmes and cost build-ups
- Good experience with MS Word, Excel
- Compliance with statutory legislation, HSQE requirements
- Preparation of RAMS, SWPs, procurement schedules
- Input into programmes and forecasting
- Coordination with clients and subcontractors on H&S audits and inspections
- QA/ITP compliance
- On-site support and commissioning procedures
