M&E Executive

M&E Executive at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments to support the sales team: conduct sales calls, guest visits, and hotel site inspections; handle inquiries for meetings, conferences and social events; prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for guests and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); coordinate event requirements with hotel departments; build and maintain relationships with guests and key accounts; conduct site inspections and guest meetings; ensure successful planning and execution of events; follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed business; conduct pre-event meetings and site inspections with guests; follow up after events for feedback and repeat business; maintain sales reports, forecasts, event calendars, and related documentation; experience in sales is beneficial; strong communication, IT systems experience, and a proactive, client-centric hospitality mindset.
