Job Summary
As an M&A Working Student at Marktlink, work part-time on a tight-knit deal team involved in buying or selling companies. Responsibilities include performing market research, company and financial analyses, supporting valuations and financial modeling in Excel, preparing presentations, information memorandums, and pitch materials, supporting commercial activities and buyer research, coordinating ongoing transactions and project activities, and collaborating with deal teams across multiple industries. You are currently studying a university degree within finance (e.g., cand.merc. or similar) and bring a social, entrepreneurial, practical, strategic, tactical, and commercial mindset with strong analytical skills, punctuality, and goal orientation. Excellent communication is essential, with fluency in Danish and a good command of English.
