Job Summary
Contribute to the screening and evaluation of financing and investment opportunities, supporting the review of financial models including sensitivities and key assumptions. Review transaction documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards, criteria, and templates for investment materials and presentations. Assist in due diligence processes for investment opportunities, managing data rooms and interacting with external advisors, consultants, and counterparties. Support reporting requirements of the Brownfield / M&A area with shareholders and internal stakeholders while tracking project progress using AI and Power BI tools. Internship allowance of €800 net per month plus daily meal vouchers is provided for this full-time role in Milan.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- English fluent
- Expertise in sustainability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
