Job Summary
Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for chiller and chilled water system products, defining specifications, standardizing performance parameters, and managing the full product lifecycle. Conduct systematic competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and guide team methodologies, while directly engaging with key CSP clients to translate business needs into product competitiveness. Coordinate cross-functional resources across R&D, supply chain, and global teams to drive complex project delivery and optimize development processes. Manage multiple critical projects, establish risk warning mechanisms, and lead major risk decision-making. Mentor junior product managers and codify best practices to elevate the team's overall capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, or HVAC
- 8+ years of product management or technical work experience
- 3+ years of product manager experience
- Experience in the data center industry
- Experience with Chiller design or product management
- Proficiency in Chiller and chilled water system technical architecture, system design, and industry applications
- Capability to lead product planning and competitive analysis from a strategic level
- Capability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and multiple product lines
- Capability to establish systematic workflows and standards
- Deep understanding of refrigerant regulations (e.g., F-gas regulations), environmental refrigerant switching trends, and their impact on product strategy
- Excellent English communication skills, ability to conduct in-depth technical exchanges with overseas customers independently, and efficient collaboration with global teams
- Exceptional cross-departmental resource integration and promotion capabilities
- Excellent strategic thinking and global vision
- Strong influence and leadership capabilities, ability to drive work without direct reporting relationship
- Excellent logical analysis, proposal presentation, and high-level communication skills
