Conduct end-to-end execution of the investment process from target identification to post-investment monitoring in alignment with group priorities. Source investment opportunities from funds, banks, accelerators, and advisory firms while validating prospects with leadership. Build and manage a pool of GTT experts to lead technical analyses, perform deep financial reviews, and develop valuation models autonomously. Execute investments by coordinating due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing associated legal documentation. Prepare investment and divestiture notes for committee presentation, ensure startup follow-through including board participation, and deliver regular progress reporting to hierarchy.
