Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of M&A IT integrations across all lifecycle phases (due diligence, pre-close, post-merger integration) and manage cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, clarity, and removal of roadblocks. Define integration-related KPIs to measure value drivers and drive technology rationalization across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and data environments. Develop governance reporting and executive communications, refine repeatable IT processes and playbooks, and align integration approach with operating model and organizational structure to enable profitable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations
- Strong background in information technology and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture
- Ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and executive communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
