Job Summary
Internship in M&A offering hands-on experience in sourcing investment opportunities, performing financial modelling and due diligence, and engaging in business development across Europe. Key responsibilities include origination of investment opportunities (60%), deal execution support (20%), and business development (20%). Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed degrees in Finance, Economics, or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role includes international travel and onboarding in the Toronto office, with mentorship and growth opportunities within TAG Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation, focused on software companies serving SMB, enterprise, and public sector customers.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
