Job Summary
Internal Integrations Associate who will support the Internal Integration team to keep projects on track across departments, working daily in Asana to track progress, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities emphasize learning rapidly, servicing cross-functional stakeholders and advisors, ensuring deadlines are met with high attention to detail, maintaining and refining Asana and other tools, identifying potential issues early, and adapting to evolving steps. The role offers exposure to various parts of Hightower and the wealth management industry, with a blend of in-office and remote work from Monday-Thursday in-office and Friday remote in Chicago, and a base salary up to $75,000 plus discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either project management or integrations management
- RIA or financial services industry experience preferred
- Experience building or maintaining project plans preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
