M&A Integration Associate Director

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end integrations and separations for acquisitions/divestitures at Verizon by defining program deliverables, designing plans with functional teams, and identifying and executing value-capture initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration, resource assignment, time tracking, and executive reporting on progress; proactively identify risks and issues and escalate to senior IMO leadership. Leverage standard PMO practices to support enhancements and serve as a subject-matter resource for the program. This hybrid role includes a defined work location with remote work and a minimum of three days per week in the office in either Basking Ridge, NJ or New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant experience
- Two+ years of experience in managing and/or leading M&A integration (or disposition)
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Three+ years telecom or technology experience (preferred)
- Four+ years of project management work experience (preferred)
