M&A Integration and Value Creation Consultant

Job Summary
Lead or contribute to integration and carve-out programmes, from strategy through execution, including integration readiness assessments, portfolio analysis, and due diligence. Perform operational due diligence to identify opportunities and risks, then quantify value creation initiatives by connecting operational insights with value drivers. Define and implement target operating models, governance structures, and value tracking frameworks while structuring post-deal value creation efforts. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across finance, IT, HR, legal, and tax to deliver end-to-end deal support and drive separation management offices. Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, building trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivering Deal Value team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
- Relevant experience in M&A, consulting or project management
- Experience ideally in integrations, carve-outs or transformation projects
- Ownership and accountability

- Ability to translate complex operational topics into clear financial and business insights
- Confidence in stakeholder management
