Job Summary
Lead M&A advisory for Digital Infrastructure deals, preparing business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial analysis for clients and investors. Execute transactions across every deal element, including origination and team expertise development within the colocation, public cloud, and AI sectors. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with clients, investors, and junior staff. Requires 5-9 years of M&A experience in a lead advisory capacity, robust financial skills, and mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. Start date is ASAP in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years of M&A experience in a lead advisory capacity

- Excited about the prospect of building the leading mid-market Digital Infrastructure team
- Robust financial and analytical skillset
