Job Summary
M&A Corporate Associate to join new Lancaster, PA office. Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for local and firm-wide clients, mentor junior associates, and collaborate with senior attorneys to contribute to Lancaster office growth and the firm’s culture of mentorship and teamwork. Requires 4-8 years in M&A/corporate law and Pennsylvania licensure or waiver eligibility; must be collaborative, entrepreneurial, and capable of contributing to a new office in an underserved market.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, or a related practice area.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligible for waiver).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentorship and leadership.
