Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for M&A integrations, coach executives on change leadership, coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop communications and training materials, collaborate across Zebra functions, travel 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of relevant experience in change management or related fields
- Experience leading change activities (vision setting, sponsor alignment, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments)
- Experience coaching leadership and project teams through change management processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently in a global, multi-site environment
- Experience with integrating acquisitions is highly desired
