M&A Business Transformation Manager - Closing and Integration

Job Summary
Design and lead business transformation programs following deal closure, translating integration strategies into actionable execution roadmaps. Manage key transformation workstreams across operations, technology, and HR while monitoring post-close performance metrics and synergy realization. Implement best practices and process improvements across functions, collaborate with senior leadership to align priorities, and drive cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives. Provide regular updates on transformation progress and milestones. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Strategy (MBA preferred) and 6+ years in M&A transformation or post-merger integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
- 6+ years in transformation, post-merger integration, or M&A consulting
- Strong understanding of BPO service delivery models and operational structures
- Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with transformation tools, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated success in post-deal transformation and value creation
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
