Job Summary
Lead and coordinate M&A projects on both buy and sell sides, creating marketing materials such as teasers, CIMs, and management presentations. Conduct and interpret corporate analyses alongside complex valuation models including DCF, LBO, and peer group studies. Support mandate acquisition, pitch creation, and market analysis while mentoring analysts and managing direct client contact. Collaborate closely with international colleagues within a global investment bank environment. Requires a finance or corporate finance degree, prior M&A experience ideally from Big Four or investment banking, and strong negotiation skills. Full-time role in Frankfurt with international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A
- Sicheres Auftreten
- Verhandlungskompetenz in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen
- Erfahrung in der Ergebnispräsentation
- Erfahrung im Führen von Verhandlungen
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zu reisen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
