Job Summary
Support M&A processes from pitch to closing by creating marketing materials like teasers and information memoranda. Lead individual work packages while assisting with due diligence, business plan analysis, and transaction, company, market, and competitive analyses. Conduct company valuations and prepare financial information for review. This role involves working in small teams with direct collaboration on challenging projects with transaction volumes up to EUR 250 million. The position offers a flexible working system with home-office possibilities and an attractive, performance-oriented compensation model.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity / Venture Capital, Unternehmensberatung oder Business / Corporate Development
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Motivation
- Interesse für die Digitalwirtschaft und Verständnis relevanter Geschäftsmodelle
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power-Point
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
