M&A Analyst - Internship (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Research markets and build lists of potential acquisition targets, then assist with outbound outreach via cold calls and emails to founders and owner-operators. Track outreach and maintain a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce while supporting follow-ups and relationship-building. Assist in screening opportunities, preparing materials for deals progressing toward LOI, and support financial modeling, valuation, and strategic fit analysis. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and basic diligence, and help coordinate internal and external stakeholders. Assist leadership with build-vs-buy analyses, prepare presentation materials for internal review, and contribute to post-acquisition integration planning. Fluent German is required due to day-to-day requirements. This role reports directly to the Founder at A11, a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how global industries source and finance materials.
Required Qualifications
- MBA candidate interested in search funds, investing, or private equity
- Fluent German
- Please note that this position is based in Berlin
