Job Summary
Lead Pre-M&A through PMI execution support for clients across Japan and selected global projects, collaborating with Accenture's global M&A practice team. Drive business and IT perspectives to transform financial organizations from custodial to proactive models, covering due diligence, organizational restructuring, and top-line growth initiatives. Partner with CxOs to lead change efforts and maximize client value through M&A and digital integration strategies. Requires 3+ years of PJ leadership or management experience, with a preference for prior consulting firm tenure and M&A specialization.
