Job Summary
Role: Store Manager overseeing end-to-end store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service; ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines; monitor stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment. Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions; handle customer complaints to ensure a premium shopping experience. Implement promotional activities to drive footfall and conversions; ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and loss prevention norms. Manage store expenses, rosters, attendance, and payroll coordination. Preferred candidate profile includes a graduate with 4–8 years of experience in women’s fashion/apparel retail and at least 2 years in a managerial role; strong leadership, communication, and people management skills; proficient in POS systems and MS Excel; willing to work in shifts and on weekends.
