Assist clients with morning routines, personal hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation while engaging in meaningful conversations to brighten their days. Provide companionship and support for daily activities within client homes across Lynnwood, Everett, and surrounding Snohomish County locations. Complete required certification as a home care worker and pass criminal history and reference checks. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with no minimum hours, including paid training, healthcare insurance, dental, vision, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Willingness to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history check
- Satisfactorily pass a reference check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
