Job Summary
Provide high-quality, evidence-based Lymphoedema services to patients while applying advanced clinical reasoning to complex presentations across inpatient, day program, outpatient, and NDIS caseloads. Drive service planning, development, and quality improvement initiatives by evaluating and improving service processes and clinical protocols. Support recruitment, professional development, and the mentoring of junior clinicians while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and safe discharge planning. Offer expert advice to team leaders, managers, and client groups on clinical service delivery and development. This permanent, full-time role requires a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with at least five years of post-graduate experience and AHPRA registration. Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in hospital, outpatient, or private practice settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring staff
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Proven ability to implement and evaluate evidence-based practice
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
