Job Summary
Evaluate patients, develop specialized care plans from physician referrals, and consult across disciplines to ensure integrated therapeutic programs and seamless discharge. Perform generalized Lymphedema evaluation and treatment primarily for both upper and lower extremities, empowering patients and caregivers with vital home exercise instruction. Complete documentation of treatment minutes and enter electronic charges accurately and timely while meeting department-level productivity standards. Participate in continuing education to develop advanced skills aligned with clinical and business development goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Program
- Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting
- Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona - OT:AZ or licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona - PT:AZ
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) - within 6 months
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
- Experienced use of electronic health record
