Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional and technical physical therapy services to assigned patients. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; focus on clear communication, relationship-building, accountability, continuous improvement of the patient experience, and proactive professional growth within a Magnet-designated hospital setting. PRN role requires a PT license (Texas) with BLS and CLT certification; 1 year Licensed PT experience. The position operates within Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a 595-bed acute care teaching hospital in Dallas, Texas, and participates in delivering high-quality rehabilitation care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
