Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team; responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning, with direct and indirect patient care. Requires Texas license or temporary license, Basic Life Support, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist; minimum 1 year licensed PT experience. Emphasizes clear communication, collaborative relationships, accountability, continuous improvement, initiative, and teamwork within Methodist Dallas Medical Center’s clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
