Lymphedema Physical Therapist PRN - CLT Required

Job Summary
Provide professional Physical Therapy to assigned patients in a highly technical, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include rendering professional and clinical physical therapy, performing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires BLS, Texas PT license (or temporary), and Certified Lymphedema Therapist credential; PRN/per diem schedule with M-F hours at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX. 1 year licensed PT experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
