PRN Lymphedema-focused Physical Therapist providing professional therapy services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment, discharge planning, and direct/indirect patient care in a hospital setting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or post-baccalaureate), Texas license (or temporary license), BLS, and certification as a Lymphedema Therapist (CLT).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
