Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; requires PT degree, BLS, Texas license, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist; PRN hours with M-F schedule at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Irving, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
