Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy services for lymphedema patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment, discharge planning, and direct/indirect care. Requires CLT certification and an active Texas PT license; PRN schedule with 24 hours of work and Monday–Friday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
