PRN Lymphedema Physical Therapist at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Requires a TX license, BLS, and CLT credential; minimum 1 year licensed PT experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
