Job Summary
Provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients in a PRN role, including evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a collaborative environment; be accountable for performance, seek continuous improvement of patient experience, take initiative for professional growth, and engage with the team to build a winning clinical practice. Requires graduation from an accredited PT program, Texas PT license (or temporary license), Current Basic Life Support, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT); 1 year licensed PT experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
- 1 year Licensed PT
