Job Summary
Conduct regular operational and inventory audits within the distribution centre to measure stock accuracy and process compliance. Investigate discrepancies to identify root causes of errors, then produce accurate audit reports and performance analysis. Support operational teams by implementing corrective actions and communicating findings to both frontline colleagues and senior leaders. Monitor key performance indicators to highlight areas of risk or opportunity while maintaining accurate records of all audit activities. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports. This 15-hour role offers opportunities for professional development within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to operational leaders
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
