Job Summary

Research, write, and maintain original educational course content across Aceable's licensing verticals, adhering to state-specific playbooks and brand guidelines. Update existing courses to reflect regulatory changes and evolving instructional standards while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to draft and refine material efficiently. Collaborate with designers on infographics, animations, and study guides, and participate in editorial review cycles to incorporate stakeholder feedback. Work cross-functionally to support content creation for Aceable.com, including articles and landing page copy aligned with course expertise. Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously within structured production systems, prioritizing scalability and reuse across states.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of writing and/or content management experience in a consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you are clear, accurate, and engaging
  • Fluency with AI tools, with a thoughtful sense of how and when to use AI to produce better work more efficiently
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply brand voice, style guidelines, and content frameworks
  • Comfortable working within structured production systems and templates while still bringing creativity to the work
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple writing projects across different subjects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently on long-term writing projects
  • Systems-oriented thinking — you look for ways to reuse and scale content rather than solving each piece from scratch

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with content management systems or course authoring tools
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory
  • Domain knowledge in any of our verticals: insurance, mortgage, real estate, or drivers ed
