Job Summary
Manage and supervise your installation crew while completing assigned LVP flooring projects on time and to company standards. Install luxury vinyl plank flooring using floating, click-lock, and glue-down applications, preparing subfloors and addressing minor floor preparation requirements as needed. Ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and coordinate daily operations while we handle project scheduling and customer coordination. This role offers steady project flow, competitive pay rates, and weekly direct deposit payments through an established flooring company. Candidates must have proven experience with LVP installation, valid workers' and general liability insurance, and own professional tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Valid Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Valid General Liability Insurance
- Own professional flooring installation tools and equipment
- Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
