Job Summary
Consult with the Care Planning Team on assessment evaluations and assist in planning skin care treatments for residents. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Provide direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies or during illness to maintain life and reduce stress. Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders, lesions, infections, and tumors. Conduct assessment evaluations using observation, inspection, and palpation techniques. This per diem role operates from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Candidates must hold a current California LVN License and be authorized to work in the United States.
