LVN - TCP Barker Cypress

LVN role in Cypress, TX performing direct patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities include collecting and documenting patient data, vital signs, BMI, height and weight; preparing patients for examinations; assisting providers during treatments and testing; administering medications and immunizations per practice protocol; documenting all interventions in the electronic health record; providing patient/family education as instructed; assessing eligibility for referrals by verifying payer coverage; collecting specimens and performing laboratory tests; applying SMILES and AIDET philosophies with patients, families and coworkers; and complying with respiratory fit testing requirements.
