Job Summary
Supervise assigned clinical staff in a designated clinic setting to administer nursing care according to physician's orders while enforcing policies, procedures, and standards of work. Maintain current licensure to practice Vocational Nursing in Texas, CPR certification, and preferred ACLS, allergy, and medication compounding experience. Requires graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing with at least two years of outpatient experience and two years in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing
- At least two years experience in an outpatient setting with progressive responsibilities
- At least two years experience in a supervisory/management position in a health care setting
- Current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS certification
- Experience in allergy
- Experience with medication compounding
